I am a 56 (almost 57) year old wife, mother, and grandmother, who loves to workout in bright, fun, functional clothing. Thank you, DonaJo for feeding my obsession. Two years ago, I found myself weighing 200 pounds and resolved that there was nothing I could do about it because of my age. I also decided that I needed to get active in spite of my extra baggage.

I started weight training classes and running consistently. With the intense workouts, I knew I also needed to be consistent with my supplements. I have become an exercise and supplement snob. If I am going to spend my time and money, I want the best workout and the cleanest, whole-food supplements available. I believe NeoLife to be just that.

My friends call me the machine. I believe I am able to exercise with high intensity, because I get the proper nutrition. It is not one of those “lose weight fast” schemes. It's just high-quality whole-food supplements. I have dropped 30 pounds which I attribute to CONSISTENCY in physical activity, better eating habits, and excellent supplements.

Two years ago, I was running 3 miles 3 times a week at 12:30 minute miles. I have improved my mile time to an average of 10:00 minute miles. I ran a 5k the end of March at 8:49 minute miles.
 
I placed 1st place in my age group at the Cleveland Half Marathon on May 11, 2nd place in my age group at the Turtle Trot 5k at New Smyrna Beach on May 26 and let me just say, it was hot as shell.

After two wonderful weeks at the beach, I am back to reality and getting back into my routine.
